"I ordered a vanity for my granddaughters birthday and the original was damaged upon delivery. I contacted the support department and the nice young lady did everything she could in her power to send a replacement. I received update from her every day and week later my granddaughter received a new vanity. She just loves it. I want to thank the young lady again for her commitment to getting a new vanity delivered."

"Having just a awful, frustrating time trying to get a refund from this company. I followed their procedure, got an RA number from them, paid for the return shipping, sent them the tracking information, even told them when it was delivered and who signed for the package and now can't even get the courtesy of a reply to e-mails or phone calls. "

"Worst company ever! Called me a week after I placed my order saying that they had posted the wrong price for my chairs on their website and asked me for more money! They wanted me to pay for their mistake!Offering me a 10% discount was an absolute insult!After refusing to pay an extra penny and asking them to cover the cost of THEIR mistake,they told me after a few days that after speaking with their manager that they couldn't. So I asked for my money back.After almost a week I still haven't heard from them and still haven't received my refund! Every time I call no one answers and nobody has called me back to "process" my refund like they said they would.They are a sorry excuse of a company.Be warned! Do not ever do business with this company!

"They told me that they undercharged me for the dining set, despite it being the price on their website. Then they tried to directly charge my credit card for the difference (without me ever agreeing to it).

I tried calling over the span of three days, but could never reach a single person. Poor customer service. Do not do business with them!!! You've been warned!

"Please do not use Timelesselements!

After placing an order online with them on 12/15, I quickly went to cancel it 2 min after it was placed. I emailed their support team to tell them not to deliver the item and make sure they did not charge my card. After not hearing back two days later, i sent another mail asking for confirmation. After 4 days I received an email that my package had shipped! I called them and they said that the email was incorrect and the order had indeed been cancelled. It turned out that they are extremlly unorganized and had actually shipped it. I refused to take the delivery and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I had documentation from "Jessie Paloma" that this order was cancelled and my card should be refunded. I have pasted all 3 mails from Jessie verifying that my order should have been cancelled and my money returned.

It is now nearly 2 months later and Timeless did not refund my money. They refunded partial credit and charged my for shipping!!!!! The nerve! "Jessie" told me that I would get a full refund and they instead charged me 15$ for shipping an item i didnt even want. Now when I try to call them, no one ever answers the phone! I cant begin to tell you how frustrating this company is and I HIGHLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS CRAPPY INDIA BASED SHAM OF A COMPANY. After reading the reviews below I can see I am not the only this has happened to.

"They are absolutely the WORST I have ever came across. I ordered on Jan 23rd the money was taken out of my account on the 24th and then recieved and email stating tha my product was no longer available so I requested a refund. They said it would take 3-5 business days it has been over a week since that has happened and I have still not recieved my money back into my acocunt and everytime you call either no one answers or you can get a hold of someone they dont have access to that information and the only person that does seem to know something is always on the phone. I called one time and told the representive that I wanted to hold until "Jesse" was available to speak to me he then put me on hold and came back and said "Jesse" would call me back I was in the process of saying no and the man hung up on me. I would like to sue these ppl so I can get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!!!!"

"Worst customer service ever! I ordered a ceiling fan on 8/23 and scheduled my electrician to come out about two weeks after to install. That would give them a week to ship and a week to get from Cali to Chicago. They charged my credit card for it on the 25th. I emailed on the 26th asking for shipping status, no reply. I called on the 29th and talked to someone who said he'd get someone to call me back "right away"as he was not in the shipping department and didn't have access to that info. No call back. I called again and left a message every day after that for over a week. One of those times I finally got someone on the phone (on Sep. 6th) who promised to call me back with info. No call back. I kept calling back and leaving messages for another week (no messages returned), when I finally called my bank and contested the charge. Two days after that, I get a ship notice from them that my fan is on the way. Wanna know where it's on the way to? Washington State, not Chicago. They are THE WORST.

PS I called Lumens.com to see if they would match Timeless Elements price and they did! They also shipped my fan when they said they would, and charged my card when they shipped. They rock.
