They stated they had issues with my address information, stated they sent me notifications about this information, but I had never once received any notifications of any kind from them. Ten days after I placed my order and contacted them about my order status, they only replied by saying to reorder my purchase with purchase order number. Which I was unable to do, since they did not have that watch anymore. Then only a little while later they canceled my order on their own.
Not once with any notifications of issues with my order. This was very unsatisfactory customer service and business. "
