"Excellent service. I am going out of US for a trip next week, so I am worrying whether I can received my order before I leave. I called their customer service to confirm. It turns out that I placed the order on 9/9/12 and selected UPS 3 Day Shipping, but finally it arrived on 9/11/12. Very fast processing and shipping. In addition e-mail experience with their customer service is great, although it is difficult to reach them by phone. By the way, their price is much lower than authenticwatches.com and customer service is better. Anyway, overall experience is great here! Highly recommend this company! "

"Here is an account of my experience with Timepiece.com.
I knew exactly the watch I wanted and found Timepiece.com on a Google search to be the lowest price. A quick assessment of the customer reviews showed Timepiece.com to be reputable, so I placed the order on Aug 11. I received an email confirmation on Aug 12 with a nice statement that I can click a link and check status at any time. The link worked but was never updated. After a few days of not seeing my order status change to “shipped”, I called the number and got the voice message a couple times. I finally spoke to a person who said the order would ship that same day – it did not.
Over the next several days I called back repeatedly, with no answer, a full voice mailbox and no change in the order status. Now, thinking that I got scammed, I began double checking the vendor. I found mostly beaming reviews, but a few that were really unhappy. I looked up the address of the business – which is in the middle of Brooklyn, NY. The Google map street view of the address shows what appears to be a brick three story apartment complex. The address is 1303 53rd Street, unit 326, so now I’m thinking Timepiece.com is just “a guy” working out of the third floor of his apartment!
After several days thinking I may have been scammed, I finally got email shipment verification on Aug 15 with a real UPS tracking number! At this point I have some level of confidence that Timepiece.com may be on the level.
I received my watch on Aug 21. The package was well done with plenty of packing material. The watch was in the original metal case with the price tag, instructions, warranty card and quick start manual. I was pleased with the end product.
Will I do business with them again? Spending a few days wondering if I’d be scammed was uncomfortable at best. With Timepiece.com’s lack of customer service I’d hate to imagine what a return or warranty issue might look like. I feel that once my initial call was answered as a “prospective customer”, all subsequent calls were screened and given an “existing customer” status, and ignored. If price is your absolute bottom line and you’re somewhat of a gambler, this is your place. If you value (at least some) customer service, go somewhere else.
