"I placed a Card order on 12/2/2021 with expedited service to address my envelopes and mail them for my business. I noticed that I have not received notice these have been mailed, nor have I received my copy in the mail. I checked today and my order...although paid in full in still being created. I went onto the online chat and was told my cards will reach all 147 people by tomorrow. I find that hard to believe since they have not printed and have not been delivered to USPS yet. As of Friday 12/17/2021 mail was guaranteed to make it by 12/25/2021. After that date there is no guarantee on a time. I am very disappointed in TInyprints and Shutterfly. I have ordered with them for years. "
"Their system said an order would be delivered during a certain time frame. UPS tracking info via their site only said a label was made. Customer service was no help in getting a status. Will use competitor next time."

I called customer service a few days ago with questions regarding the wedding cards I was attempting to order. A customer service representative by the name of Samara, not only navigated me through the site but informed me how to change colors, fonts, where to find offers, how and where to request the quick shipping (fasting shipping) and information on how to ask the designer for minor changes. She was extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Like I stated to her, I am extremely stress prone so to have such a pleasant experience and smoother process with ordering my wedding invites, that call truly made my week!
I will be referring any and all contacts to order from this company, as she was just so helpful and resolved all my issues.

"Wow - don't expect Tiny Prints to do anything nice to make up for the last item they got wrong. I received an APOLOGY DISCOUNT. Told I needed it in hand - SO I WENT OUT TO MY FILTHY TRASH CAN AND FOUND IT. Then the "escalation manager" went into more repetitive mode telling me "unfortunately" (my least favorite word) we cannot honor it. This is after she tells me they could if I had it in hand! Thus, the trash search.
Really, a nice "of course" we will honor this for you would have gone a long way in making their apology work. I will never shop this site again. I've reached out to the CEO to let her know that the mission statement meetings, customer service training, etc., are all in vain. Hopefully they don't spend too much money printing their mission statements on coffee cups - NO ONE IS READING THEM.

"So disappointed with my Christmas card order. When they arrived the pictures on the dark brown background were off center so there was literally a white line about 1/8 of an inch diagonally along the bottom of at least 20 of the 75 cards. Of the remaining 55, approximately 25 were still off center. I called and they refunded the 20 visibly messed up cards. I tried to reorder the 20 cards and although paid for and was guaranteed a 12/22 deliver, later received an email that production issues prevented the timely receipt. They refunded the express delivery, but as I was leaving town I now have 20 ($50.00+) cards that I will not see until the end of the year. Really poor customer service and obviously NO product quality assurance. Won't use again. Too many reputable, customer oriented companies doing the same thing. "
"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used this company since 2008. I ordered 160 cards on Dec 8. The delivery date has come and gone and they will not refund my money without me receiving the cards- which may never happen- then paying shipping to send them back. I have been on hold for hours. Someone lied to me last Friday saying they were ready. Numerous emails with lies. I am done. "

"I am beyond frustrated. I ordered my cards 12/12 and paid extra for fast shipping. Received email on 12/19 that shipment was delayed (were supposed to arrive 12/19 according to latest email, however if I remember when I ordered I paid to have delivered on 12/17). Talked to customer service 12/19 who assured me they would be delivered by Monday (today). Just checked tracking and it says it'll be delivered tomorrow. Customer service straight up LIED to me! I went to Walgreens, 1 hour printed some cards and popped them in the mailbox. They are not the same quality but at least they are something. So basically I just wasted a LOT of $$ on cards that will go right in the trash. I will NEVER order from tiny prints again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them!"
"It's my first time to try ordering from tiny prints but they totally messed up from shipping to their customer service no ones available to help and no update on my inquiry it says somebody will get back to me but none they left me hanging so I have to call UPS what's going on with my order and to find out that my package maybe lost , Im so disappointed that they put me in this situation of waiting and expecting my cards to come on time."
"I've been a loyal Tiny Prints customer for years and I will NEVER return again. I ordered my Christmas cards on 12/3 and even paid extra to receive my order by 12/14. I received my cards timely but I still have yet to get my envelopes!! I've spent hours on hold (typical wait times are 120-190 minutes) even spoke to someone is the Escalation Department (Rebecca), thanks Rebecca for NEVER giving a return phone call or e-mail as she promised. Then, I spent more time finally speaking with another representative and they said Monday (week of Christmas), now they are saying Wednesday. At this point, I'll have no Christmas cards, the first time in ten years I cannot send them out. They are sending me blank envelopes and expect me to spend hours addressing them then rushing to the post office all because of their mistakes and complete inconvenience!!! I've NEVER EVER EVER been so disappointment with a Company before. Plus, they do not care either!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Have ordered twice from this company. Both times have failed to meet the delivery time by 2 weeks!!!!! Called customer service wait time 84 minutes, never received a call back and never received an email after I sent countless. Awful awful company. "
"Ordered our Christmas cards which also announced the birth of our daughter (so kinda important to send out on time!!) on 12/1 and still don't have the cards (12/16). When I originally placed the order, delivery was estimated to be between 12/9 and 12/12. On 12/12 I received an email stating that there was a production delay but that my order would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days and that I would receive an email with tracking information. It's been over three business days and I still have not received an email with tracking information. I did receive the envelope liners which are pointless without the actual cards and envelopes! No response from customer service via email but I did receive a response through Facebook messenger apologizing but letting me know as nicely as possible that they will send the cards soon (they are in the "final stages of production") and I will not get a refund. In my original message to them on FB I said I've already ordered more cards from another company and would like a refund. At this point I feel that they are just lying to people in order to avoid cancellations and refunds. I haven't tried to call yet because people have reported that they have had to wait hours to speak to someone. Will never order from them again."
"I have a coupon code issue and called tinyprints for resolution so I can place my Christmas Card order. Their live chat is down today. I've been on hold nearly 30 minutes (yes, I'm crazy to wait this long, but I don't want to lose my order and Christmas is 6 business days away - so because of my procrastination, I am holding). By now I could have uploaded my pictures to another site and ordered my cards elsewhere! "
"I can't even explain the depth of my disdain for Tiny Prints. The quality of the cards this year was horrible. I ordered Christmas cards the day after thanksgiving and after delay upon delay, did not receive my printed envelopes until THREE weeks later. And to top it off, they look like they were printed from a home computer. Customer service is a joke, because you wait TWO HOURS to talk to anyone. I was a repeat customer, but NEVER NEVER NEVER again. "
"My complaint is not so much as to the the quality of the representative's service but the customer service policies in general along with the printing quality of my invitations. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of my prints - discoloured, grainy, and lacking detail entirely. Photo was from professional photographer high quality digital. I have ordered from VISTAPRINT many times before for a fraction of the cost and better quality. Whenever there was an error they would reimburse the purchase entirely and not only a portion ( $18 approx / 25%) which considering all the postal charges, currency rate change, border fees, I paid over $120 for invitations I could have paid $40 for through vistaprint. A reorder was offered to me and I refused since i cannot wait and I am not sure they would even be any better quality. I thought I would give tinyprints a try since since your baptism invite when with my theme however I feel very ripped off. I will have to definitely let others know as well. I will never order invites from this company again."
