"My experience with Tippmann Pros can not be summed up in a few words. Here's what happened.
I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of paintball equipment around a month ago, and much to my delight, it was promptly shipped out in record time. About a week later, I received a call saying my order, along with 19 others, was shipped to a different address. They reshipped everything they had in stock (about half of my order) and told me they would ship everything else in 3-4 days when they got it all. It ended up taking about two weeks for them to ship everything out again, which took much longer than I expected.
While they were helpful in answering my questions the three times I called, it still took quite a long time to get my order, which left me quite irritated as I ordered everything much in advance for a large upcoming scenario game, and I received the last of my order three days before I leave for the game (these are parts I desperately need to play).
TL;DR - They were helpful to correct their mistake, however reshipping my order took much longer than it should have. Maybe if they had offered one or two day shipping, it would make up for the three weeks it took to get my "in stock" parts reshipped. However, I got my stuff before the game, so I will stop complaining."
