"Bought a tire from tiresave wasn’t sure about it after I bought it from all the reviews, but it shipped very fast ordered it on a Monday and received it on the Friday with fedex nice quality, awesome on price. Great experience will be ordering more from them! Thanks tiresave :)"
"Need I say more? Ordered a set of 4 tires on Feb 17th, 2018 and have not had an update on the order since.
Called and e-mailed the company more than a dozen times. Phone number is disconnected, e-mails are ignored.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."
"If I could go back and stop myself from placing my order I would. I made my order on Nov 19th, and like most of the other reviews, I was told to expect a tracking number within 24 hours. When that time had elapsed I contacted them by email, and also tried calling. Over the last month I've called 30+ times, and have sent numerous emails. The emails have never received a response, and the only time I've gotten through on the phone is when I called a number other than the one that was on my order (which only works once, then they stop answering that as well). One of the calls was answered by a confused child that put me on hold (which was never picked up). Another time I got a woman who sounded disappointed that I'd somehow gotten through, that was on Dec 10th, when I cancelled my order. I was told to expect a refund within 3-5 business days. This refund never came. Finally I contacted paypal, who contacted tiresavings, who said they'd issue a refund. I'm watching my bank account, and will contact paypal again if this doesn't happen.
DO NOT ORDER FROM TIRESAVINGS.COM!!!"
"Not sure why TireSavings.com got so many bad reviews. They had the best price and the lowest shipping on hard to find tires, Nokian WR G3. The website said they were in stock, I ordered and the tires were at my house in a couple of days. The thing that I worried about was getting "new" tires that were made 4 or 5 years ago, since the experts say tires only have a 6 year shelf life. The tires had a current year manufacture date, so no worries..."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM TIRESAVINGS.COM IT TOOK ME 21 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY TIRES ...ABOUT 4 EMAILS THAT THEY NEVER REPLIED TO...CALLED 40 TIMES OR MORE ALWAYS GETTING THE MESSAGE ABOUT THE HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!"
"Lied to me. Sold me tires they did not have and could not get. Then after multiple attempts to contact them, I was told the refund would happen later that evening. That did not happen and that was the last communication I had with them despite repeated calls/messages and emails. Finally had to get the refund through a Paypal claim. Tiresavings.com is a totally unprofessional and inconsiderate company."
"Non-existent customer service.
Ordered 2 pair of snow tires for two vehicles.
Order was acknowledged with message stating shipping information would be provided in 24 hours. Got nothing and e-mailed. No reply. Called. Told tires would be shipped next business day. Heard nothing, no shipping confirmation. Wrote two emails inquiring on order, neither answered. Called again and heard "Heavy call volume please send an email. Cancelled order. A complete waste of time. "
"TireSavings.com had the best price available for a set of 4 Michelin Latitude Tour HP 245/50/R20's. They arrived when I expected them and were exactly what I ordered. I saved over $400 from the local retail price. I have already begun recommending them."
"They advertise some attractive prices, including for some high-end Snow & Ice tires that I'm seriously shopping for. So I attempted to call them to confirm stock, then place an order. No joy. I left messages on their voice mail system (both the order-line and the CS line) THREE TIMES over a five-day period, making it clear each time that I was seriously in the market for a set of tires they were advertising on their web site, and NEVER got a call back. If their service is that bad *before* I give them money, I shudder to think what it must be like *after* I've forked over the credit card.
Upon further investigation, I realize that this has all the earmarks of an out-and-out scam operation -- i.e., a web site running on autopilot to collect customer data (most notably your credit card number), with no human intervention, and no intention or capability to actually supply the advertised product(s): Their "brick & mortar" address is a P.O. Box; their domain registration is "cloaked" via a quasi-anonymous Network Solutions "Private Registration" cut-out; and their web site is hosted by ThePlanet.com (one of the biggest spam/scam sewers on U.S. soil -- i.e., with no effective Abuse Desk to curb customer misbehavior). The only thing that speaks against this conclusion is that the domain registration was apparently created some seven years ago; but this is weak evidence indeed (because the domain could easily have been hijacked after the original owner folded up shop, for example; and with no proper WHOIS data, there is no way to disprove that). Now, in the spirit of Occam's Razor, I hasten to point out that this is all conjecture, and the above-noted issues *could* all be simply more examples of very inept business practice; but it is unsettling nonetheless.
At the very least, TireSavings.com is a rudderless ship, and Customer Service is apparently non-existent. Caveat Emptor.
