"Mixed reviews. My first order was placed October 3rd. The order was accepted and a UPS label was initiated with corresponding email telling me the tire was on the way. Then I went for three weeks without hearing anymore until I decided to log back on into the UPS web site to learn the order for shipment had been cancelled. No one followed up with me. I immediately called the Tire Team number (after hours)and left a message as to what happened to my order? The next day I got a call from someone telling me the tire had been out of stock but they did find one at another distributor and would get it sent asap. The gentlemen did apoligize for the delay so I now have the tire and everything is ok HOWEVER why did I have to followup with the request for not having received my order in the first place? If the tire was not available someone should have contacted me to ask if I would wait until another was in stock or ask if I wanted a refund? Some internal control or process failed here but I did in the end receive my order. Thank you."
