"I went in to have a hole in my tires that I purchased and had put on at the Tire Warehouse in Claremont, NH. When it was finished (in a timely manner!) I was told I had to pay. I said that I had purchased the warranty when I purchased the tires. The person at the register said it was "not noted" in my record. He found TWO records for me, neither with the warranty information - told me if I wanted my car, I would have to pay for the repair. I said I would get the information to them about the warranty - although I was ASSURED when I purchased it, that the information was IN THE COMPUTER! When the person working on my car came out - he was asked if there were "green stems" on the tires. "Yes there are," was the reply. So, I am questioning now if I should have paid for my tires to be changed (from summer to winter) and if this should have been covered under my extra warranty package I purchased. Sigh. Again, I was told that it is NOT noted in the computer and that without that IN THE COMPUTER, they couldn't tell me. Not happy."

The staff was friendly and courteous and had the job done in two hours. I asked to have it aligned and they tested it and told me I did not need it, I very much appreciated their honesty. The waiting area was neat and orderly although small but certainly plenty of room. I might suggest some more comfortable chairs."
