"I scheduled an appointment online for Sat., 3/15. I knew it would be busy so I pre-scheduled. I received an email confirming the appt. It was 90 minutes before my car could get into the shop for a slow leak repair on 2 tires. The fella helping me (Andy Smith) was doing all he could to speed things up, but he had several frustrated customers that morning. Andy ended up not charging me for the work (which was only just scrubbing off the crud on the tires where they meet the rims) since he felt so sorry for my wait. This is good service - wasn't expecting such. I will be back in the future."
