"I initially went in with 2 tire gouges to see if it was still safe to drive. The young man behind the counter assured me the damage was cosmetic. For peace of mind I also went to another tire store who concurred the gouges were cosmetic but pointed out the bulges that were not. The young man at Tire Barn either didn't notice them or didn't feel the need to point them out. Their competitor explained this is what causes blowouts. So I got a price from both on the tires I wanted and Tire Barn was less expensive. I ordered the tires on a Thursday.
First I was told my tires would be in Friday...I called before driving over and they weren't there. I was assured they would be in on Saturday.
Saturday I called and was told they don't get shipment on Saturday and they would be in Monday. I asked if they actually had a tracking number or if they were just guessing. He assured me the tires would be I Monday and offered a discount for the delay.
Monday came and I finally got a call they were in!
This store could use a little help in communicating to clients and giving truthful and accurate information."
