Found out my Tire was being shipped from a warehouse only 1 hr away from my house. Wanted to pick it up myself (since it's an emergency), and they could not accommodate me. Even spoke with a Supervisor. Instead I am sitting here on Tuesday, without a tire. This isn't good service from a Customer point of view"

"Even though I couldn't find a rating on this store anywhere, I decided to take a chance on them - primarily because I was in no hurry for delivery of the motorcycle tire I was shopping for.
They did have the best price I could find out of 5 different sites I normally check for tire prices. They offered free shipping on orders over $100 and I love free shipping!
I placed the order on a Sunday night - after 8 pm. Right away I received a confirmation email - an automated thing I'm sure, saying that the order would be shipped "very soon". Uh oh. Ambiguous ship dates always scare me. Monday came and went - no email confirming that the tire had shipped. Tuesday - same thing. Wednesday - same thing. Well, like I said, I was in no hurry, however, an email with a shipping date would have been nice. Thursday came and so did my tire!
