"Ordered four of the same tires on 23-Jan-2024. As of 02-Jan-2025 only three of the four tires were delivered. A week, after the order was placed, I had to call Tires Easy to ask why my order was incomplete. They said the delivery company appears to have lost one tire and I would have to wait until they resolved the issue with the delivery company. Don't know why they couldn't have immediately sent another tire while they worked on THEIR issue with the delivery company. In the meantime, they have provided zero status or updates as to an expected delivery time."
