"There was a nice lady who picked the line when I called on 2 occasions, she reciprocated accordingly, taking necessary action. However later that day ( 10/31/18 )in the afternoon, I made another call and a young man answered, I don't know if he was new but he seemed not to be very helpful, I requested advice to know if the tires I was about to purchase online were compatible with my vehicle, "is there a way to confirm whether the tires are compatible with my vehicle?" , he simply answered to say... "No" and that was it. I was expecting him to inquire from his senior at least.
Another issue is that I completely failed to use my virtual visa debit card to complete my order, I had to resort to PayPal as an alternative. Nevertheless the experience was good, prices are reasonable or rather, affordable and there is variety of tires to choose from"

"This is my 3rd purchase from tires-easy.ca. So far, two sets of winter tires (8 tires) are performing very well and third set is just ordered. I shall see how they will perform in upcoming months.
