"I placed an order at the website on April 2nd. The site says that the items will ship within 2 business days, that's a lie. I was sick of waiting, so I ordered the product from someone else. I received the other sites product and tisinc99.com had not even shipped the order yet. I sent so many emails and made phone calls every day trying to cancel my order. The only time I ever heard from then was THREE WEEKS LATER telling me they were going to ship. I then cancelled the order from the email they sent me. I never heard back. I had to go toy bank, file a fraudulent charge report, and finally CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. This has been such a nightmare pain in the ass. Now every automatic payment fromy checking account has to be redone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!"
"Ordered 3 Naruto items for our daughter's Christmas present. The total of all 3 was $52.27 which included shipping and tax. Two weeks later we received a box from them which held a $5.00 Lego product box for a toddler.
Tried emailing and phoning them for an explanation to no avail. Our daughter did not get her Christmas present because of these people. Thank goodness we paid thru paypal so hopefully we will get our money back.

"I ordered some minis and in a reasonable amount of time they informed me that the items were not in stock. I requested that they cancel the order and promptly received an e-mail that the order had been cancelled. But after 5 days I still had not received a refund. I repeatedly attempted to contact them about the refund, but I could no longer get a response from them. Luckily I used PayPal, so I initiated a dispute, which PayPal immediately upgraded to a claim because they could not get a response from the seller (Treasure Island Sports, Inc.). I am now waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue.

"I requested my items be shipped to Japan, which the actual shipping was no problem. The problem was this store's website and customer service. I followed the clear website instructions, enter my shipping speed and waited for a confirming e-mail before my CC was charged. That's what should have happened. Instead without confirmation my CC was charged and I ended up paying 50$ shipping on items worth 25$. Naturally, I was freaking out! I didn't need the items that quickly! As soon as possible, I called the store's CA phone number and had to keep trying 3 hours before someone would answer. Basically, the 2 employees who answered my call told me it was all my fault, suck it up, and pay. They yelled at me! No exaggeration!
I e-mailed the site later, explained again what happened, and suggested I be refunded 20$ on shipping. I didn't mind paying for normal shipping and the items, but the extra shipping charge just because I was following their website's ordering instructions was over-the-top. The owner (Mr. Hang?) assured me through e-mail that I would be refunded. Guess what never happened. I never received a refund or a follow up saying there was difficulties. I think they pocketed the extra money. I would NOT recommend using a shady company such as this. "

"I ordered a figure from this store. Price was okay (a little steep) and shipping was okay too. Problem is they switched shipping methods on me with even a single notification. Which means I over payed for shipping. When the figure finally got to me it's box was damaged in three places because they put in in an box that was obviously too small. Also the box was obviously opened and resealed. I tried to contact them and received no reply. I guess I can't complain though my item got to me four days after I ordered and the figure itself was undamaged but as a collector who likes their figures in the box it's a bit dissapointing. Overall it's an okay store."

"I had ordered two items from this site that were going to be released at the end of the month (February). At the beginning of the next month, I received an e-mail stating that they will be released in June. At the beginning of July I sent an e-mail asking about the products only to be told that one of the manufacturers is the cause of the delay. I request that they send the other item since it is from a different manufacturer and they do. Now it is September and I have sent several nice e-mails about the second item and I finally got a refund for it today via Paypal. After 7 months and 9 e-mails I didn't really get what I wanted.
