"I ordered a replacement battery for a Dell XPS M1210 on Aug 26th to be shipped on the 27th with overnight delivery. I asked for confirmation that the order would be shipped overnight. After not hearing anything I sent an email to ****@**** and to ****@**** asking for confirmation. I've heard nothing from them but I did receive a Quantum View email from UPS indicating that a package was shipped to a person in Mississippi from Expert Computer International, Inc which also seems to be titanbatteries and TitanNotebook. There are no details as to what is in the package. CLicking on the order status from my initial email only tells me how much I've paid and that it is on order. I'm starting to be concerned about this transaction. If the battery shows up in time for Labor Day Weekend I will be amazed. At this point I'm just hoping the battery shows up at all.
UPDATE: The battery did show up today as ordered. I had to call to get a tracking number as they sent me the wrong information via UPS Quantum View. While I'm disappointed that they didn't respond to my email messages I'm very happy that the battery arrived today. It's charging as I type this. "

"Purchased replacement battery for a Dell laptop (8100 series). Battery was inexpensive in comparison to Dell's site - less than $70USD. Order confirmation and shipping info was sent via email quickly. Order was shipped via USPS.

Update (9/5/07): battery will not hold a charge. Sent back to Titan with RMA. We'll see if I can get a replacement - and then whether that one is any better."
