HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

"I agree with someone else. I’d give them a ZERO or less if possible. Non-existent customer service. No way to speak to anyone. You will only be scolded online and told over and over what they will NOT do. You will PAY even if you want to exchange an item. No labels provided. You will pay dearly for return shipping. If you even THINK you might have to return or exchange an item, use another boxing company. It’s not worth it. "

Rubbish

"Absolute waste of time!!

Purchased a boxing bag stand which looked really high quality!! It wasnt cheap but i was willing to buy it as it looked really good. Paid around $400 shipping also.

Around a week later they canceled the order and stated my card couldn't be verified! Lol!!

I use this card virtually every day without a problem.

They told me to pay via paypal.

An absolute waste of time

Avoid at all costs

Prompt Customer Service

"My boyfriend order gloves for me about 2 weeks ago and I love them. In return, I ordered gloves for my boyfriend and they arrived yesterday. The gloves looked worn and even had initials on them. I sent an email to TITLE and received a response within 10 min. They profusely apologized and allowed me to keep these gloves, plus sending another pair, in which I did not need.

Thank you so being so prompt and delivering excellent customer service.

"Horrible Customer Service! Received an email that the item has shipped and followed up 2 business days later and was told that UPS was backed up as it still had not shipped, however I was assured that it would be shipped that day. I followed up again 2 business days later speaking with a Customer Service Rep and Manager and was told that they could not tell me the status of the item as it still had not shipped, eventhough I received an email 5 business days before stating "Your Item Was Shipped". They then tried to place blame on UPS, however I had already spoken with UPS and was told they have not received the package from the vendor. STAY AWAY FROM TITLEBOXING.COM!!!!!"

"On a $500 order they misshipped 1 item for our customer. Sent something with different item number and size than was ordered.

After taking pictures and sending them TWICE to first rep I spoke with (never heard back after first time sending) I called them. (the first rep was clueless)

Second rep told me what they sent was indeed what I had ordered so I forwarded to our overseas customer.
Just found out that it's a different item after all.
Too expensive to send back, so we'll just have to reimburse our customer for this item.

Second order with this company and second time something went wrong. I doubt that our customer will want us to order here again.

"DEPLORABLE customer service! They sent defective equipment (could not wear the head protector for more than 5 minutes and they said I needed to break it in). So I paid for shipping both ways and they would not admit it was defective and pay the return shipping. I ordered the same thing from Ringside and it was perfect. Then Ringside called me and gave me a 15% coupon to use for a whole month. Now THAT is customer service. Don't bother with Title, they are horrible."

"I order two products, that worked together, from this site on shipped and the other product was put on 5 month back order. I called them and they did give me credit for the back ordered item, but shipped the other item. The first item is useless with out the second item and the charged the full shipping for the first item. So in effect I paid $8.00 shippinbg for a $9.00 item.

When I spoke to customer service I was told that the site was not a 'live' site so there was no way to note an item was not in stock. This makes the site totally useless as you don't have any idea what is in stock or what is not in stock.
