"It appears that I have ordered something and Tmart's job was to deliver it to me. I do not know what the thing in question was, as nothing has been delivered. However, I am not entirely dissatisfied as I live in hope that perhaps this thing may arrive some day, so I cannot say the experience of not getting it yet was horrible, for an event which has not happened can hardly be described in that way. As the next category is 'somewhat satisfied' I must select that one, as 'satisfied' or 'wholly satisfied' are hardly good descriptions of, as I said, of my reaction to an event which has not occurred. Meanwhile the structure of your questionnaire needs a bit of polishing, as does your timing in sending it out before the service has been performed. It looks to me like yet another example of the managers who **** up the lives of the real workers doing a crapper job than the workers whom they manage, and the bane of whose lives they are.
