"I had a problem with a car DVR (dash cam) that I purchased. The battery would not hold a charge. I put in a ticket explaining my issue and they provided information on where to return the defective unit. Once I mailed the defective unit back and provided a return tracking information, the next day I received a PayPal credit notice for my shipping amount. A new replacement unit is been shipped to me and I am currently waiting for it. I just hope the battery on the new unit is good.... Overall I am happy with the service on this issue."
