I have ordered plenty of products from Tmart and I have had some of them fail (this being one of them) and I have tried to have the problem resolved but it required me to ship back at a cost greater than the cost of the product. I have never returned any of the defective products because of this shipping cost issue. So far the saving from Tmart have outweighed the losses from defective products; however, lately I have received more defective products than ever before and I am beginning to question if buying from Tmart is worthwhile."

Oh, I told my customer the "part" would be in on a Wednesday allowing for 2 extra days of shipping during the holidays. They were taking a plane flight and wanted it before they left. It was late!
