"Todays Concept post a same produce as somewhere else with the price only 1/3,they have pictures and list...but when I ordered,they ship the differrent one,way chipper produce,and not even close to what they list on their web.When I tried to return,they did not answer,and read on their policy,they say if return;they will charge 10% restock fee,plus the shipment charge(they state itis free in any order),end up,If I want return,I have to pay for the shipping back to them,get minus another 10% plus a charge for their shipment(wrong sh..).That how"smart" they are.Hope no one will do it again."
"I had ordered a present for my nephew and daughters about a month before his birthday party so that I would have plenty of time to receive them. About 2 weeks later I received an e-mail from their customer service department letting me know that it was backordered. I had to ask how long it was supposed to be backordered before they even gave me a time frame which happened to be after his birthday.
So I tried e-mailing them several times to try to get them to split the order so I could sent one straight to my nephew even if it would be after his birthday. I never received a reply.
I finally called them after a week of non-returned e-mails to ask them to split it up.
The person that I spoke with didn't even try to help just said they would need to cancel the order and start over to be able to do that. I just told her to cancel the order at that point. She did it right there on the spot not even seeming to care that they were losing business.
I want to caution anyone who thinks of ordering from this company. I hope that you are not on a timeframe for receiving anything or if you need to talk with someone that you will get good service.
I would suggest going with a different company even if it means paying a little more. That's what I'm doing now."
"Horrible service. I ordered from Amazon Marketplace and "Todays Concept" happened to be the secondary vendor. After three weeks, I still hadn't received the product so I e-mailed them to ask why. They nonchalantly e-mailed back and said it would take another 4 to 5 weeks to fulfill the order and I could cancel if I wanted to.
Because I needed the product, I told them that I did not want to cancel. However, the next day, I got an e-mail that they canceled the order. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with them again. They have made me a little more anzious about doing business with Amazon Marketplace even though I love the principal Amazon.com."

"Beware of this store. Shady business practices. Reminds me of the early internet stores (like 1stMicro (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1439.html)) that gave internet shopping a bad name.
I ordered an "in stock" item on 12/11. The item wasn't even shipped until 1.5 weeks later! This Christmas present wasn't delivered until 12/30.
This company is a Yahoo Merchant, so I checked out their ratings page. Looks like I have a similar story to most of their other customers:
1) Item said to be in stock even when it isn't;
2) Credit card charged immediately instead of when it's shipped. (Reputable internet merchants don't charge until the product is shipped).
3) Products received weeks later than expected;
4) Poor customer support.
I would not recommend this store to anyone."
