Tomatoink is the best place to order printer ink

"I have been ordering printer ink for a few years from Tomatoink, the service is great, I have never had any problems with the cartridge, the sales are good, and I like that I don't have to pay for shipping.
Kenneth on the sales team is great, he is very polite, he listen & checks to make sure are getting the right size ink cartridge, my experience with Kenneth is always enjoyable.
I would say they are the best.

Exceptional help from Kenneth today

"Hello, while attempting to purchase ink for my printer today, I received an error regarding my credit card billing information. I called my credit card company and they changed my billing information to match the credit card information in real time. I tried again with the credit card representative on the line and I still received an error. She recommended that I call a TomatoInk representative. I spoke with Kenneth, at TomatoInk and he did an excellent job at helping me. Apparently, your system captured the billing information prior to the credit card representative's change. Kenneth was kind, patient and very helpful. We used the captured billing information prior to the change and the order was processed successfully. Thank you, Kenneth!!! I would also like to thank TomatoInk for your excellent checks and balances regarding credit card purchases. Safeguarding everyone's data is critical and I appreciate that very much! "

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD PRODUCTS

"I placed an order on 08-04-2020
They held onto the order to verify
I understand that it was a large order
However, no-one called nor email me to verify
I'm not sure how they do their verification, probably via snail mail
I finally realized we have no toners left and called them on 08-26-2020
They were able to ship the product out on 08-27-2020
I received it on 09-01-2020
It took them almost a full month to deliver my order

Today is 12-07-2020
I finally used up all their toners
Worst toners I've ever bought
The toners leave chalky black residue all over the inside my Lexmark Printers
One toner failed as soon as we stuck it in, Lexmark cannot recognize it

Overall I would not recommend this company.
They have sub-par customer service with sub-par products

"I'm chatting with Joana Chrisologo, a customer service person who is polite, helpful and informative. We only have one problem: she can't seem to get the issue resolved because she can't seem to get the answer from whoever is higher up than she is. So we're still in the middle of the problem. She seems kind and is trying to resolve the issue, and I'm confident that she will do so.
