They have two toners for my printer Brother HL2280DW.

TN-420 $25
TN-450 $27

$2 difference, not a big deal; but I ordered the TN450 and received the TN420. When asked about this discrepancy - the only reply I received back was that the two models are exactly the same.

I honestly don't care about the $2 - but it's the principal of selling the exact same product with different model #'s at a different price. Why not make them the same price so it's not misleading?

The customer service is pretty horrible with one line responses and no intent to satisfy customer.

Avoid this place. I should have just gone to staples and purchased an OEM.

Total price after shipping was $33. You can find these toners at Staples for $37 OEM."
