"I ordered two printers. But Google gave an incorrect description. So without removing the printers from their original boxes. I got on the website to request a RA form, but the link didn’t take me where I needed to be. So I clicked on Contact Us, needless to say that link didn’t work either. I called the Customer Service number and not surprisingly I didn’t get an answer, I had to leave a voicemail. Never received a call back. So I called again, finally got an Agent who requested my email address but said it would take a day or two for me to receive the email. Huh? Why wouldn’t the email just be sent at that time. So 3 days later I received a call from a Supervisor questioning me again about why I wanted to return the printers. He AGAIN said he would send a return email, still waiting! Started the return process on 10/20, it’s November 3rd!"
"Wish I had read this site before making my purchase. I guess I should count myself lucky that I actually received the product I ordered. I bought a refurbished printer from them. Out of the box the print quality was not good and a print of a solid colour page showed multiple streaks in both directions. When I contacted the shop they said I should buy new toner and that would fix it. Seems reasonable to think that printer bought from a toner supply site would not immediately need a new toner. When I wrote back saying just that I never received any response. "
"I ordered a Brother MFCl3750 cdw machine. It worked for a day. I called expecting they would authorize an exchange and they said I had to go to Brother's warranty group. I called Brother, they said they never heard of Tonerworld or their parent company XSE Group, Inc, and as a result, the item was not underwarranty as Tonerworld was Not an authorized vendor of Brother products.. Then the owner of "tonerworld" Mike Heaivilin TonerWorld said he would not help me and sent me back to Brother."
"Feb 2022--With the shortage of chips and printers overall, I shopped high and low to find the printer I wanted to buy. When I did find it in stock at other places, the prices were high and the shipping was >$100. I found TonerWorld. The printer was in stock, reasonably priced and it shipped for free in 2 days and arrived at my doorstep a day earlier than the tracking had indicated.

"This company is running a grift.
I ordered toner from here in March of 2021. It was advertised as "in stock." When it came time to ship, it turned out the toner was backordered, so I had to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere.
I made the mistake of ordering form here again recently. Once more an "in stock" toner was not labeled as backordered. I, again, canceled the order. I was told I would receive a refund.
I followed up after more than a week, since the refund hadn't posted. I spoke with "Bill" in the accounting department who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Even though he purported a "3 to 6 day" refund window, and it had been more than 6 days, bill said that window is just an "estimate," and all I could do was wait.
Over 10 days later, I've received a PARTIAL refund. They didn't refund $14, which they claim as sales tax. I called and they indicated that they don't refund sales tax. The issue is that their homepage has a chyron which states that there is "No Sales Tax" in California. They should never have charged the $14 in the first place, let alone for items that they didn't have in stock and never actually shipped.
To make matters worse, after numerous failed attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, I called my credit card company. The woman with whom I spoke suggested we call customer service together to resolve the issue before filing a claim. Once again, we were eventually connected to Bill. He told us that he's not the one who processes refunds and he'll "try to see" what he can do. When the fraud rep took issue with the fact that they were effectively in violation of their Visa merchant agreement, Bill got angry, rude, and hung up on us.
I filed the claim with Visa. Afterward, I was able to contact Robin Fox, the company's lead sales rep. It turns out that Bill does handle the refunds and had lied prior to hanging up. To top everything off, he had told us that he couldn't remove pending charges from the card, and during my call with Robin, I saw that Bill had gone in, left the $14 overcharge and CANCELLED THE PARTIAL REFUND!! Robin was refreshingly patient and understanding and is trying to help resolve the issue.
I sincerely don't know how this company is still in business. The use deceptive advertising practices, not indicating items that are back ordered for as such–an issue of which they are aware. They charge sales tax on items that were never received. They deceptively claim to charge $0 sales tax in CA on their homepage. Either they don't care to honor the policy, or they're trying to drum up business by advertising a policy that doesn't exist (I heard both versions during my calls).
Please save yourself a massive headache and a lot of time and avoid these fraudsters at all costs. "

"Stay Away. Ordered a Brother Laser printer (found them via Google Shopping) and toner cartridge. 4 days later I had to call only to find out they don't have the printer (was put on hold for 15 min). They were going to send me to another sales associate to try to sell me on another printer, but told them to just forget about it. Still no email cancellation (even though they say it was sent and still not sent after talking to customer service). I will have to dispute the charge if it hits my credit card."

"I ordered a printer that was stated instock (and still says instock). They charged my card and 2 days later canceled the order without letting me know. Only way I found out was by checking my own order status. I called my CC company and they said a refund had not been issued so my CC company took the charge off. I tired to chat from TonerWorld Website but no one would come to the chat. I also called them a number of times and could never get a live person on the phone. This company is a scam! "

"I ordered a Black and Color Ink pair of HP 901 Cartridges.
I received them quickly and cheaply as promised. But the Black 901 worked for two pages, then showed to be empty, and my Printer/Scanner will not work, even just to Scan, with this Error on it.
They have NO phone service at all. My Email (which the Website promises they will answer in 48hrs at the most) has gone unanswered for 7 days, even though I sent them another 72hrs after the first one.
Steer clear of TonerWorld!
