"They acknowledged the order immediately and it took a week to get here. There wasn't any order tracking sent to me, but when I called the 800 number listed on their website they provided the tracking number and even tracked it for me. It was delivered several hours later.

The package was slightly damaged but the internal packaging was so good the tonneau cover was fine.
I would order from them again, without hesitation.
