"I'm a contractor with a constant need of supplies, tools, and equipment. I wanted to give Toolbarn a chance to see if they could make my purchases easier. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I found at Toolbarn. Be prepared for at least a week of waiting BEFORE your order is actually shipped. Adding additional insult was UPS's inability to deliver my package on-time (which I fully realize isn't Toolbarn's fault). However, it doesn't look good on either company when your package literally disappears. Doing business with Toolbarn actually added stress to my procurement process and moving forward I'll find somewhere else to buy from. This is 2019 and few people are going to wait for over a week to receive a package only to be told "We don't know where it is". Toolbarn, this is unacceptable and you can do better than this. Until then, you should expect to continue to receive less than satisfactory reviews.
