"Placed an order for a widely available Kreg item on March 7th. They charged my PayPal account on March 18th. It is now the 26th and the order still shows "processing." The product page currently says ships in 7-10 business days. It has been 13. I completed their contact form last week asking for an update and they completely ignored me. I'll probably have to log a case with PayPal to get my money back. NEVER again. Lot's of other reviewers with similar stories--wish I had read them before I was lured in by their attractive prices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"Ordered parts that i NEED to operate my business more than a week ago. Yesterday i realized i still have no tracking info which is extremely odd for anyone to not do. I emailed them yesterday morning with no response (48hrs ago). After reading the reviews and seeing that there's a massive issue with them not sending parts on time let alone at all is ridiculous!! Especially since this has been going on for almost a year now and with no fix! This $50 part that should of been here by now, is now costing me about 1k+ a day in lost profits. There is no excuse for any of this and i noticed that all the positive reviews seem to be bought which i intend to get reviewed on every sight i find them on! Also they don't encrypt their emails so anyone can pull your info from their hosting servers. I'll be cancelling my order right away seeing that they've broken several laws including bait & switch. "
"Placed an order on 12/3/18 and have not received it. I called CS on 1/09 and they advised it was just shipped. They did not know why it took so long. I should finally be receiving it on 01/17. Once the order was placed I never received an email explaining any delay. If you're in no rush to receive your order, and don't have a problem with a company who can't explain the delay, place your order. I sure won't be doing any further business with this company."

"After one week tomorrow after ordering $968 in tools. I wondered,” where is my shipping email to track”. Well finally getting a response I learn. My order is still “processing” and hasn’t shipped yet. So after 1 week this company that markets shipping in 3-5 days hasn’t even shipped my order yet. Come on! I’ll be taking my complaints many steps forward as I’d of spend the little extra $ to get what I need... in a respectable timeframe. Horrible company and check reviews out first on Toolbarn as I wish I would’ve."
"They sent me a pump with a leaking seal, and it was evident it was leaking prior to shipment. I had to make 5 phone calls before I could talk to someone, for all they do is dump you on a recorder and don't give you a confirming email when they promise they will do so. Very poor customer service. "
"I've placed 4 orders with this company in the past 10 months. 2 of the orders were in stock and shipped quickly. The other 2 orders were not in stock. Their website give an estimate and in both cases, it was way off. I waited on one order for a month and a half on a saw. Now I'm almost at a 2 month wait on 4 clamps that had an estimated ship time of 7-10 days. I called 2 weeks ago and was promised that they would ship last week. I'm not surprised that I failed to receive a shipping confirmation. This order will be canceled since a competitor has already managed to deliver what I needed."

And every time I ask when my part will arrive they say its the manufacturer fault. Back order. They DO NOT inform you about it until you call in asking where your part is. He found my part was not covered by the manufacturer but sent me the piece I needed WITH instructions on how to install it. WOW! Thanks Jeff!"

fraud. They take your money and continue to reassure you that they've shipped your order, but....they're unable to locate a tracking order.
They're liars and thieves. Michael Roe is a chief thief in this business. He lies and promises and then hes unfortunately had to leave early.
Shop somewhere else because if you shp here its at your own risk.
