" Iphoned in my order, yes it was close to christmas but yet had plenty of time to ship. it took them three days to ship my product. the salesman said he would get it out right away, that did not happen so I had to give my son an empty box with a picture of his gift. I think 9 days would have been sufficent if the product would have shipped right away as promised. Big let down...On the up side price was right and it did arrive."
