I plugged it in and added a battery but at no time did the indicator light come on even after a period of time. I tried a second battery with the same result. I left one battery on charge over night to no avail.I plan to call you to get it replaced. I really need a working charger. I was delighted when ToolBarn replaced the charger with a working unit verry quickly and at no additional cost.The new one works .I am very pleased with thier service.I know that the faulty part was not thier fault and that thier response was very fast to correct the problem.
