"Wish I had read reviews earlier. I ordered som hex socket adapters for my tool kit in January. First info I received was it would be 120 days to shipping. Not stated up front. First estimated date passed. I had to ask about status. I received a firm email with a new estimated ship date. The date has slipped four times with a new date estimated in June. Six months for an item I don’t expect I will ever see. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal. Working on my refund now. Just hope that won’t take another six months."

"I ordered a Greenlee Mini-Field Office from Toolfetch place back on November 30, 2018. The last thing I heard from them was when I called back in December to check on the order status because when I logged in to my account, my order was listed as "Processing." I was told that the manufacturer should be shipping my item within the next week. I kept checking my order status and it started being listed as back-ordered with varying dates. The last date was supposed to be today. Now, it has been pushed back another week. Of course, they have already gotten their $2,692.47.
I have had to log in to my account to get status updates because I have not gotten any emails or phone calls from Toolfetch. I thought I had found a great deal but apparently, the deal was no deal at all. I work for a city and this item is eventually going to be used for disaster response prep for our citizens, if we ever get it. I am not asking for much, just some communication without me having to go fishing for information. "
"I wish I had read online reviews about the company before I made a purchase. Their return policy is horrible, communication with the company is difficult at best, and to be quite honest there are plenty of other companies to deal with that are far superior to this one and offer a much better all around customer experience. Apparently they don't care what the customer thinks but here's the deal, as consumers they can't exist without us. If enough people stop using this horrid company, they should put themselves out of business in short order"
"I ordered three items from ToolFetch on 4/18/18. I received a shipment confirmation email (for all three items) within two days of placing my order. The package was delivered the next day, but didn't contain one of the items (the included packing list clearly showed only two items were shipped). I contacted ToolFetch to ask for an update & was told that the third item was back-ordered from the manufacturer and was expected to ship on 4/27/27. I was away from home from 4/27 thru 5/3, and when I arrived back home the item had not yet been delivered. I contacted ToolFetch once again to check the status and was told that my order status was being actively monitored and I would be notified when the item was shipped. The third item was delivered on 5/8/18.
All in all the process was slightly below average. Communication from ToolFetch could have been more proactive, but I did receive answers to my inquiries within 24 hours. The items ordered are hard to find, and the price from ToolFetch was extremely competitive. I was in no hurry to use the items, so everything worked out in the long run, it just required some patience on my part."

After waiting a week and a half I found out that all three items in the order were lost in shipment. After another week I finally received two of the items today's December 19th and the third item hasn't shown up and they can't tell me what's going on I spoke with customer service and they told me all they can do is file a report and hope it shows up they refused to give me a refund. I spoke with a customer service manager who refused to give me his name and then tells me he's also owner tells me he refuses to do anything to help me out and he hung up on me before you hung up on me he changed my whole story he told me that I refused his help when I did tell him that I wanted his help but I also want corporate headquarters phone number he refused that also I asked him 5 times for corporate headquarters phone number and I can finally told me that he was going to hang up on me I asked him his name three times he refused. As of now I'm out about 80 bucks and I am incapable of performing certain jobs in my business because of patronizing their company. do not do business with this company it's a 50-50 if you're going to get your item if you don't get it you're SOL. Good thing I paid with a credit card I'm contacting the credit card company and having them refund my money. if I would have used a debit card this wouldn't be possible but with a credit card it's definitely possible. I've been in business for 33 years we buy a lot of tools and I have never ever dealt with the company so incompetent"

"I ordered a 3/8" coiled air hose on 11/7 and the toolfetch website said it would ship in 24-48 hours. At 48 hours I called customer service and was told it would ship on 11/10 and I would receive tracking info. When I called on 11/10 and talked to a snotty customer service rep, I was told it still was shipping on 11/10 but no other info was available. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was laughed at and told he was on another call (probably another irate customer). Received a call from someone at Toolfetch and was told my order WOULD ship on 11/10 and I would receive tracking info. Still didn't ship on 11/11 but never heard from anyone at Toolfetch. Finally received an email that my order shipped on 11/14 but there is no tracking info and the shipping method is "flat rate". I ordered the same product from another company on 11/14. it shipped on 11/14, a tracking number was emailed to me and it is set to deliver on 11/16. Toolfetch could take a lesson from any other company. I own a business and would never buy from them again and will not recommend ToolFetch for anything."

"Same problem as the last guy. Place an order and they confirm it, then send me an email indicating my billing address could not be verified and to use Amazon and that my order has been canceled. Even though my card issuer confirmed to them on the phone the address was correct they refused to do anything, Curiously enough, the charge settled on my credit card. I initiated a dispute with the issuer simply to return the favor back to Tool Fetch "

Awful company. They emailed me saying they needed more information to verify my my order after the online purchase went through. Then they emailed me telling me to resubmit the order through amazon even though the charge went through successfully. the sent email saying the order was cancelled but gave me no refund.
