"The web site itself is very easy to navigate and get around. There are two issues that I experience that this review would be for. I was ordering a part from your website which said it was in stock and would ship right away with payment, or at least I expected it to ship right away with payment. I waited a couple days to get a confirmation of shipment but, instead received a message that the part I wanted wasn't in stock and they had to order from the manufacturer with no real time of delivery. So, knowing this can happen from time to time, I email your customer service about getting a estimated time of delivery. Four days later i received an answer to my email and was told it would be another 5-7 business days before your company would see them. ( Actual dates were, my email was sept 28 and your reply was Oct 4 ). In any case time is the big issue and maybe this will help bring attention to becoming more timly in replys. As of yet I have not received my part or a email stating any shipping info. I thank you for this opportunity to maybe help to you better your customer service. Thank you."

"THE item I ordered was out of stock so I can not give an honest review, the main reason that I decided to make a purchase from ToolOrbit.com was their shipping costs to Canada, other retailers quoted triple the shipping charges which was triple the cost of the ordered item"
