"Ordered a filter for my a/c machine. Order and online process went well as normal. A week went by and the order status was still in process status. I called them and they told me the address for billing didn't match. Id have cancel order and reorder with correct address for credit card. Why didn't they call me when they discovered the problem. Or why doesn't it kick the credit card back so the order doesn't go thru? This can be addressed during the initial order. Our machine was down for an additional week from this. "
