On 4-22-2020 at 12:24pm mountain time I was informed that they had canceled my order with a reason of buyer requested. I never requested the order to be canceled I needed my tool. I contacted customer support after I got the email that it was canceled, and support rep told me it was canceled because they did not have it in stock. A full week after it was ordered. No explanation as why it was reported that I requested it to be canceled. "
