"Somewhat bumpy this purchase. The issues started with a gift certificate that did not get delivered the first time, customer service got involved and thing were quickly straighten around. The tool deliver was as promised but this time the tool looked used. Battery case were scratched and the chuck on the tool was rusty. Tools seem to work OK, I will be putting them to the test this weekend. In the past the tools did not show this kind of prior use. Overall 4 stars just some issues I did not have in the past."
