"first i was charged for shipping when it was suppose to be free! i called customer service they said they would take care of it and still have not done so. second, i ordered my item on Nov29, it was suppose to ship in 15days in time for Christmas and instead I just learn today three weeks later and one week before Christmas, it is not available until Jan 8!
