"I ordered an item, a delivery date was given to me, the delivery date came & went, I then contacted Tool King & the item was on back order & they wanted to know if I wanted to keep it on back order.
It would have been better if they would have contacted me when the delivery was not going to be met & give me the option at that time of how to continue with the order. "
