"My experience with ToolKing was extremely poor. i had ordered a T-track on a Saturday and found that I didn't need it later that day and sent an email for them to cancel the order that same day. I knew that it wouldn't be processed until Monday during their business hours, but I also see that they say they will respond within one business day so I figure they'd see the email. They say they didn't. Later that night on Monday night they say they've processed the order for shipment. It wasn't until Wednesday at 2pm that they contact me and say "I'm sorry, the order has already been shipped." so I respond to them and tell them to fix it because it's their fault they shipped it, plus they didn't respond in under one business day like they said. After some back and forth with emails to get them to solve the issue, they say they'll send me a UPS package label to ship it back. I respond and ask if they'll be charging me a restocking fee, AND refunding the shipping cost, in other words the entire cost of shipping the product to me. They never respond and I never receive the shipping label. So, I'm stuck with the product. I will NEVER buy anything from "Tool"king again and everyone I meet I will steer away from them with all my effort."

"I purchased 4 items from ToolKing, they charged my credit card in full for all 4 items, then a day later said they had a pricing error and had to cancel my order. Just as in real life, if a retailer offers and item for "X" dollars, I pay "X" dollars and receive the product, not "X+50". People make mistakes, but good businesses own up to them. This is from a first and last time customer with ToolKing, I wish I had read the reviews..."
