"My initial payment method for my web order did not go through. I used a different method a moment later and received a confirmation email. A week went by with no order shipment notification, nor did the order appear in my account after logging in. Tool King apologized but blamed it on me due to the payment method not going through the first time. I requested Tool King increase the shipping method at their expense since they did nothing with my order for a week, but yet had my business funds.

When my order finally arrived, only one of the two items were in the package. The tracking number on the package did not match what was sent in the shipment confirmation. Three days later a second pkg arrived with the remaining item.

I was not notified there were multiple shipments, which only increases the frustration and burden on Tool King customer support line.

This is not my first order with Tool King and I've never received service like this on past orders."
