"I had ordered a (4) combo pack of printer ink and was only shipped (1) ink cartridge. When I contacted you the young girl told me it was a error in your listing and would not honor the listing. She said she would send a return tag for ups to send it back and receive a refund that I have not seen yet. That was her only solution to the problem and I was thinking of keeping it and ordering the other 3 cartridges but she didn't seem to care if I was happy or not. If she would of showed any concern that I was unhappy about not getting what I ordered from YOUR listing and been more friendly and tried to provide some sort of customer service, I might of ordered the other cartridges but instead I just agreed to send it back. This is not intended to get anyone in trouble but customer service is a big issue in the marketplace today and you may want to look into monitoring more closely how your consumers are being handled as this could impact your bottom line.
