"Veronica was super. The unfortunate thing is that one can't find any manufacturer instructions online for Magic Heat. Once the unit arrived, we learned that no combustible material can be any closer than 18". The back of our unit is just 9" from our wood stairway up to our loft. Our fire chief, a personal friend, says that we can put an insulation panel on the stairway. His brother is giving us a piece to use. Hopefully, the unit won't burn our cabin down!!! It all arrived exactly when she said it would. Excellent service."

"I purchased an item that arrived damaged. I contacted ToolKing and explained my situation. To their credit, ToolKing imediately sent out another item to replace the damaged one free of charge!
The second item arrived a few days later ... DAMAGED!!! Now I have two damaged items of little to no proper use!!!
Who's to blame? Manufacturer? Distributor? Shipper? It's a "write off" to all named, but I'm holding the bag - and my money. NOT PURCHASING from ToolKing anytime soon !!!"

"I ordered a product on 7/16. The shipping said 2-10 business days. According to the tracking number, on 7/25 it appeared to be lost at UPS. After not receiving any updates from Tool King, I contacted them on 7/31 to find out what was going on with my package. I sent in a customer service email asking for more info and hoping they could re issue my package ASAP. An automatic email was sent back saying that I would hear from their customer service in 1 business day, however it is day 2 and I have not heard anything. "
