"Ordered and my credit card billed on 6/12. Toolking shipped the package on 6/13 then ordered for it to be returned to them on 6/17 right before delivery. Never received a proper apology and am still waiting for a refund.

"After not receiving a tracking number when I had paid for rush shipping, I had to call Tool King multiple times just to find out the status of my order (due to a miscommunication issue between the warehouse). It wasn't until over a week after I had placed my order they finally got back to me when they realized they didn't even have the item in stock. I ended up canceling my order and ordering from somewhere else."
