"I placed an order for a Festool product during a limited time "Recon Sale" Keeping in mind that there was only a limited amount of product, I was sure to place my order at the very beginning of the sale(Sat morning). They called me on Monday to confirm my payment!?! So...they start a sale on Saturday for limited products, but don't process orders til Monday. Sure enough, the two tools I ordered and thought I got were sold out by the time Tool King processed the order. I missed out on over $250 in savings. Thanks Tool King!!

That's not the point!! Other companies also sold Festool recon products, and I would have rather ordered from a company that processed the orders as they came in(for example, on Saturday when the sale started)and not two days later!"

"Very good Experience. Toolking contacted me in order to make sure that I was aware of purchasing a 220 Volts product. That's really nice becase it shows concern with the client and yet avoiding future problems.
The price was very nice, even considering that I've purchased a product that is being discontinued. I was aware of that too.
About the Produtct - a Bosch GTS 10 Table Saw -- Excellent machine, very good quality, it does is and do everything what they say in advertising. Besides being Metric - more consistent and precise and 220 V - higher power with lower currents brings me more safety to my installation.
I'm very Satisfied and I do recommend both Toolking and Bosch.

"Ordered a Festool sander from the refurbished sale. Debit card was charged but later received notification that it was out of stock. Two days later card was refunded.
Maybe the computer system needs to be updated to accurately reflect stock status or not to run card until item is ready to ship."

"I'm not sure how quickly ToolKing was submitting orders for the Festool Reconditioned tool sale. I purchased my products very early (within 30 minutes of receiving the email) yet was only able to purchase two of the three items. Regarding the specific order # referenced in this review for a Festool Reconditioned Kapex saw, I did not receive it. A week later I called a local store also participating in the Festool Reconditioned program and they were able to secure a Kapex saw for me. Perhaps ToolKing is too big or too focused on the simplicity of online orders and didn't recognize the effort required to close this sale successfully. Also, they charged shipping even though all products were shipping out of Festool's repair center. Other vendors were not charging shipping."
