"You did not deliver the tools i ordered. Your system said you had 4 in stock and then you called and said you were out of stock after deducting money from my account. This was your fault and you should have honored the sale. Even if that ment selling me an upgraded model at your cost.
The money was refunded but at the end of the day you lost a customer for good."
