"I purchased a tool I needed for an upcoming job in plenty of time for it to be processed and shipped. On the tool authority website under the picture of the item I bought it states that the item will ship from the manufacturer in 1-3 days and after paying they said I would receive tracking info when it shipped. After a week with no emails or phone calls I contacted them about my order and was told they had been trying to confirm my order by phone for a week and didn't know where I had gotten "ships from manufacturer in 1-3 days". My phone is on 24/7 and I had no missed calls from them. They finally sent me an email that said my order was processing and "would ship directly from the manufacturer in 1-3 days". HMMM....sounds familiar...wonder where I got that?!?? In short I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from tool authority again!!!! They obviously don't care about the customer after they have your money!!!"
