"Placed and order and made 8 attempts via phone and email to confirm order status and delivery date. No contact from host company; they have a third party handling all incoming calls and the best you'll get is they will send your message; keep in mind this is during regular business hours. I canceled the order but this was only a message as noted previously. I'm forwarding my info to the CC, so I dont get ripped off!

Vendor has sent email explaining problems during transition period and sorry for lack of communication and order was shipped "free of charge" 300$ I would say thats customer service beyond what I'm used too. I will shop with this vendor again!"
