"I had originally ordered two of the beautiful yellow Adirondack chairs. When they arrived they were easy to assemble but one seemed to be made of different wood and inside of two weeks, the paint was peeling and pieces chipping. I emailed them and in a fair amount of time, a replacement chair was sent out.
I love my chairs and get many compliments on them!

3 days later, i call, and someone says to me, hello? when they pick up.. strike 1..
They got my info, and put me on hold, so they can speak to a manager, as if they have one, and tell me wait a few more days and ill receive tracking on where it is..
i call 3 more days later, and am told by the same man that it wasnt the correct item they received, but never once called or emailed to tell me there was a problem, and it should be handled by monday, which is 10 days later!! strike 2, and i wasnt gonna wait for strike 3.. i cancelled my order, and they didnt apologize, or offer any compensation for dealing them for a week, with no satisfaction.. thats not how you run a business, and will never use them again..

Well, 10 days went by and I sent them an e-mail requesting a status update on the order, no reply. Sent them a second e-mail after a few days, no reply. Called them and was placed on hold for 20 minute then they hung up the phone. Wrote a letter to their CEO 8 days later no reply. Then out of the blue I received an e-mail asking if I had received the order. It had not even been mailed yet they ask if I had received it? The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to work with. They should look to Amazon who set the standard for online shopping. You have been warned!! "

"I wish I had read all these negative feedback reports before I sent a paypal payment to toolmarts for a rather expensive vise. It has not come and I have written two emails without any answers. I then called and was put on hold and ignored. This is unacceptable in todays market. I would highly warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this joke of a company. I rarely leave negative feedback but it is deserved for toolmarts. I have opened a paypal dispute with them to get my payment back. "
"Ordered a Hitachi piston driver from Toolmarts.com and actually it came in within a week and had no problems. I'm a skip tracer for a living and turns out these people are the same people as ToolOrbit.com - I read the reviews for both and was pretty cautious when ordering. Turns out they manufacture many of the parts they advertise. However, they also are reseller and simply order "non stock" items through outside suppliers. I made sure what I was ordering was IN STOCK AND ON THEIR SHELF! Also made sure they gave me an absolute deadline of when order would ship, and held them to providing me a TRACKING # by the day after expected shipping date. I may have grilled them pretty hard because of the reviews I had read, but all in all - my nailgun works now and overall - had no problems."

"I had ordered a panasonic impact driver they had listed on google page. I had ordered the product they had listed and waited for about a month. I called and asked why its taking so long. they(tool orbit) said product is not even there to be sent. so..... I am out of the money i had sent, they said they would send me a new one which I had to pay extra for this. another two weeks went by and I had received the wrong tool. I called and they said they will call me back....4 days went by and I called again, they said they told their supervisor and would call me back again. I was so upset at this company and I sent there wrong tool back. I called again and they said they will pick up the wrong product. so I am out of the money from sending back and for almost two months of waiting. so today I had finally received there product today and I will never buy from them again because they never helped me with sending wrong product and two months of waiting. never again. and I will let my contracters know of this bad business."
