"THIEVES. Accepted $28.00 paypal pmt for Hank's tool & never sent tool. Numerous e-mails & phone calls ignored. Finally talked to Wade Black last sun. He promised tool & refund. Still nothing. Very bad experiance. Avoid these people. "
