"I ordered some special transition strips and was told that they were in stock and I paid for expedited shipping. I even paid a premium price for the product when they told me that it was a special color. The day they were supposed to ship out I get an email telling me that the product isn't available and that it's a 4-5 week lead time before it will be available. I spoke to several different customer service reps during my inquiry and order and no one told me that!! Just a horrible way to do business and I will not do business with this company ever again. You've been warned!!!"
"Do not order from this company! I placed an order on April 6th. They took my money said said it would arrive in 3-5 days. On April 18th it still had no arrived. I had not received any messages from them. I call and was told that the item was on hold due to being out of stock but that it was coming back in stock and should arrive that week. Fast forward another week to April 25th. Still no messages or product. I called back again and told again that the product is on hold but scheduled to come off hold tomorrow. Yeah I heard that last week! Canceled order and requested a refund. Meanwhile we have a job we are unable to finish and get paid for because of this delay. Now I have to take the time to find another company to order from and wait for that. TERRIBLE customer service. No communication at all! They just take your money for products they have listed for sale but don't actually have. "

They have been very helpful sending the manuals and letting me know parts are still available... I needed two bolts for the side and assumed they were specially made but they let me know it would be easy to find at a local hardware store which I did that and problem solved.. thanks again and I will continue to do business with them"

I called the company and they worked to quickly resolve the situation. They asked me when I needed the correct product, would send it overnight if needed. The customer service with this company was beyond impressive. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring supplies, tools, etc. "
