"This company did not send me an order acknowledgement email or a shipping confirmation email. I’m also troubled by the fact that they do not list a phone number anywhere on their website where they can be contacted. The standard customer service methods practiced by most internet companies are lacking at ToolsForLess. It makes me very nervous to do business with them again.
Nevertheless, the few items I ordered were shipped promptly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time."
"Stay away from this company!! I placed an order on 12/8/09. Their website states that almost all orders are processed within one business day and in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, they will notify you within 1-2 business days. My order did not ship out until 12/22/09; 14 days after my original order date. No notification of a delay or if my item was "temporarily out of stock." I was expecting to receive my item before Christmas as it was a gift. Very disappointed in their poor customer service and frustrated that they do not list any phone contact info whatsoever on their website. Never again will I order from them and I'll be sure to share my awful experience with others many times over. "
"I ordered a "brand new" DeWalt DC300K Heavy Duty Cordless Circular Saw Kit (http://www.toolsforless.com/product/8560/_DeWalt_DC300K_Heavy-Duty_36V_Cordless_7-1_4_Circular_Saw_Kit) from Toolsforless.com. I received it this evening, and the condition of the shipping box should have been an indication of what I was going to find within the box. I opened the box, took the DeWalt box out, and then opened that box. What I found was as follows: (1) the saw itself was scuffed in numerous places: the handle, motor, etc.; (2) the steel shoe on the saw had several dings on it; (3) black residue was all over the saw, the battery, the casing, etc.; (4) one of the prongs on the plug of the battery charger was severely bent; (5) the battery was scuffed; (6) the case was very heavily scuffed/banged up, both outside (top, bottom and sides) and inside. I went to the Toolsforless.com website to find a phone number, but there isn't one. I just wrote them an email asking for a return authorization and a refund. They say they guarantee a return on their products for 30 days, so I'm hoping they will honor that.

"Very Disapointed. I will not use this seller again and would not recommend them to anyone. Two main problems with my order. One item sent was the incorrect item! Another item was out of stock and has still not been shipped yet over 3 weeks after the order. It was not shown as out of stock on their website and they did not contact me to inform me that it was out of stock. Only when I sent them a message to ask why it had still not been shipped did they admit this. I am still waiting to see when this item finally ships!"

The prices of their parts are cheaper than other websites and they shipped real quick. The last order I placed on Jan 28, 09 and received the item on Jan 31, 09. All parts are brand new from manufacture.
The shipping charges are reasonable.

"Needed a charger for 10.8v Dremel. None of my usual suppliers listed it so I did a froogle search and found that toolsforless had the lowest price. Only one feedback here and that a long time ago, but it was positive, so decided to take a chance. Order arrived a little after noon the next day, was what I ordered, works fine and now I can get on with the project that was interrupted when the old charger died, so I'm a happy camper."
"I looked at all of the Dremel merchants that are listed on the Dremel site for pricing and shipping on a bit assortment kit and a couple of bits and ToolsforLess came up as the lowest. I ordered the 695 kit and bits from them and an hour later found the better 699 kit. I emailed them and asked if I could change the order and pay the extra $1.00. Within 1/2 hour Keith emailed back and said that the order had been changed. I received the bits the next day, but not the kit. I again emailed them and again received a reply from Keith in only 15 minutes. He explained that it was out of stock at the primary warehouse and would ship the next day from another warehouse. As promised, it did and I got it in another 2 days. Excellent service, possibly the best I have yet experienced from an etailer. Their Dremel prices are not the lowest, but their service is excellent."
