Yes, when they price the items competitively AND keep the cost of shipping within reason (free is reasonable). After all - when you're purchasing items from a recognized name and a good reputation for quality & service from a supplier; the things the supplier brings to the table are easy to use website, easy to transact the purchase, reasonable delivery and most importantly Quality packaging/handling/shipping and Customer Service. As long as the price is competitive, the importance shifts to Customer Service and shipping/handling. When I receive products that have been poorly packaged and unprotected during the shipping process from a supplier; then I never use that supplier again. ToolUP did a great job with the shipping.
