"I ordered a Dewalt Pole Hedge Trimmer on June 11, it was shipped on June 15 and I received a Dewalt Hedge Trimmer on June 20. Not the item I ordered. I contacted customer service through e-mail on the same day asking them to send me the correct item ASAP and to let me know how they would like for me to return the incorrect item. They replied the next day and asked me to send a pic of the item number of the trimmer I received, which I sent the same day. A day later I was contacted and asked to send more pics of the incorrect item which I sent the same day. Two days later, on Friday afternoon, they sent me a return label and said that they would ship the correct trimmer as soon as had confirmation that I had shipped the incorrect item back to them and sorry for any inconvenience. Inconvenience, I will need to find a Fedx pic-up location and ship the incorrect trimmer before they will ship the correct trimmer to me. It has been 15 days since I placed the order and it will be at another 10 days, at least, before I receive the correct hedge trimmer. That will be almost a month! I could understand if I had ordered the wrong item and was returning it, but this was their mistake! This is the second time I have ordered from Toolup and it will be the last! "

"Showed in stock when I bought them; then a week and a half later roughly- I received a email saying they were on a 6-8 week back order. Received them a week later.
That being said. I have bought these for years. They are not nearly as good as the ones that comes with the actual reamer. But they are cheap and do what I need them to do. I will buy them again-unless someone can make something better"
"I haven’t really been able to test the laser out fully, but here are a few thoughts from unboxing it and doing a couple little jobs. The laser is very bright and all the controls work seamlessly. The app functions are a nice convenience and I’m sure will be helpful when trying to change planes without screwing up the layout by accidentally bumping the laser. One feature that I didn’t really see highlighted but I think is great is the fact that it makes an audible beep when it’s out of plumb/ level beyond the range of the auto level. Lastly, I’ll address one concern I saw mentioned in other reviews- the new mounting bracket that comes with it. I like it for the most part. People complained that it doesn’t provide stability as previous brackets did, but I don’t see that issue. My one hang up with the new mount was the fact that they decided not to give a knob for both vertical adjustments and horizontal adjustments. My old laser mount has both of those knobs and that makes it extremely easy to make small incremental adjustments when needed. The new mount doesn’t have the horizontal capability. That being said, Bosch didn’t cut any corners and made this new laser compatible with the old mount. That was huge and now I’m completely happy with the product. "
