"This company contracts a company to avoid fraud. I work for a company and used my boss’ card I needed the tool asap and they cancelled the order because they didn’t like how it looked. My boss called to confirm, and they told her to have me reorder. Product is great itself, however the button on the pro press jammed up on me several times already. Although at first all of this has been inconvenient for me, overall i was able to get the job done and was happy and haven’t even bothered talking to customer service about it yet. Hence 4 stars. "

Product was defective did not work Called for an exchange they said they did not do exchanges then asked for a refund they stated it's been more than 30 days no refunds and I would have to deal directly with dewalt through their warranty program I stated I didn't buy this product from dewalt I bought it from you and you should be able to give me a refund then I was told there's a 25% restocking fee if they were to give me a refund but since it was more than 30 days which it was not ..tool up said I was not entitled to a refund and that I was stuck with the product if I don't contact dewalt Now that I know they're so called policy I will never ever deal with them again and if you do excuse me but you're a fool do not pay with your ATM card you'll be in a bigger fix That's why I paid with my credit card I'm protected and I can dispute this purchase for unscrupulous sale tactics I did not read all the fine print with all their policies that protect them and not you the consumer. Purchase this product on June 26 package was never open till July 25 .. The reason being I'm 70 years old product is too heavy for me waited for my son to come down from San Francisco so he can help me and the product did not work."
"I purchased a right angle drill cord for my Milwaukee Right Angle Drill and they sent out a twist lock plug to the drill and wall plug, I called them to let them know that they sent the wrong cord and all they say is sorry call Milwaukee and get the right part number and we can see if we have in stock.
I'm like why do I need to call Milwaukee to get a part number for a cord on a right angle drill do you all sell parts?
So I would beware of buying anything from this company the customer service is awful plus be prepared to spend more $ sending your parts back if they send the wrong item to you because they don't send out a return shipping label. Customer is out the shipping to return"
